Cancellation Policy

Introduction

GETXH provides social media marketing (SMM) services through a wallet-based ordering system.

As many services begin processing automatically after an order is placed, cancellation may not always be possible.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order only if the order has not yet started processing.

Once an order enters the Processing, In Progress, or Completed status, cancellation is generally not possible.

Automatic Processing

Many services are processed automatically after an order is placed.

Because of this:

• Orders may begin immediately
• Orders cannot always be stopped after submission
• Some services do not support cancellation

Users should carefully review all order details before confirming an order.

Cancellation by GETXH

GETXH reserves the right to cancel any order if:

• The selected service becomes unavailable
• A technical issue prevents delivery
• The submitted username or link is invalid
• Duplicate orders are detected
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified
• A third-party provider permanently discontinues the service

Where appropriate, eligible amounts may be returned to the user's wallet.

Wallet Top-Up Cancellation

Once a wallet top-up has been successfully verified and credited, it cannot be cancelled.

Users are responsible for confirming the payment amount and payment details before completing a transaction.

User Responsibility

Before placing an order, users are responsible for ensuring that:

• The correct service has been selected
• The username or link is accurate
• The quantity entered is correct
• The target account meets the service requirements

GETXH is not responsible for cancellation requests resulting from incorrect information submitted by the user.

Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellation requests will generally not be approved if:

• The order has already started processing
• The order has been completed
• The requested service does not support cancellation
• Incorrect information was provided by the user
• The request is made after successful delivery has begun

Third-Party Provider Limitations

Some GETXH services rely on third-party providers.

If a provider does not allow cancellation after processing begins, GETXH may be unable to cancel the order.

GETXH may modify this Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any updates become effective immediately upon publication on this page.

Continued use of GETXH after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Cancellation Policy.
