This policy explains when cancellation may or may not be available for orders placed on GETXH.
Cancellation is not available for all orders. It may only be available where cancellation is expressly stated in the service description at the time of ordering.
Read every service description carefully before placing an order. If cancellation is not explicitly mentioned for a service, assume the order is non-cancellable.
Once an order has been submitted, accepted, queued, or initiated in any form, cancellation is not permitted. Orders under execution cannot be stopped, withdrawn, or reversed.
GETXH reserves the sole and final right to determine whether an order qualifies for cancellation. Any decision made by the platform is final and binding.
You are responsible for checking order details, service description, quantity, pricing, and link accuracy before submission. Orders placed in error do not create any cancellation right.
