Introduction

GETXH provides prepaid social media marketing (SMM) services through a wallet-based system.

Because most services begin processing shortly after an order is placed, refunds cannot always be provided.

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

Wallet Top-Ups

Funds added to your GETXH Wallet are generally non-refundable once successfully credited.

Please verify the payment amount before making any transaction.

Wallet balance is intended only for purchasing services available on GETXH.

Order Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, including:

• A service cannot be delivered
• An order cannot be started due to a permanent provider issue
• Duplicate payment is verified
• A technical error caused an incorrect charge

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided if:

• The wrong service was selected
• An incorrect username or link was submitted
• The account was private, restricted, suspended, or unavailable
• The order was already processing or completed
• Expected growth or engagement was not achieved
• The user simply changed their mind after placing the order
• Platform policy changes affected delivery
• The issue was caused by incorrect information provided by the user

Partial Refunds

If an order cannot be fully completed, GETXH may issue a partial refund for the undelivered portion where appropriate.

The refund amount, if approved, will be based on the remaining undelivered quantity.

Refund Method

Approved refunds may be issued:

• Back to your GETXH Wallet, or
• To the original payment method, where applicable and approved

The refund method is determined by GETXH based on the specific circumstances.

Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, contact us immediately with:

• Payment date
• Payment amount
• Transaction ID or UTR
• Screenshot (if available)

Verified duplicate payments may qualify for a refund or wallet adjustment.

Processing Time

Approved refund requests are generally processed within a reasonable time.

Actual processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, banking system, verification requirements, and technical factors.

Fraud Prevention

Refund requests involving fraud, chargeback abuse, false claims, forged payment proofs, or other suspicious activity may be rejected.

Any changes become effective when published on this page.

Continued use of GETXH after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
